How to Use this Group

In-world resources (like places to meet) are important tools for machinima.  This group is about facilitating the work of the Guild in-world. If you have questions or comments about how to use a viewer or another piece of software, please post to the Forums.

Sign me up. Think it is a great idea to have machinima classes.I have given them in the past and they are sometimes difficult due to the variety of software used, types of computers people are using and editing software.

Hello and thank you for your interest in this concept, I am still working a few things out but will be in touch very soon to get this project moving.

At this time Mescaline Tammas has joined the group and indicated he has both the time and resources to act as director/coordinator. I now defer the project to him and call him BOSS! I am standing by ready to help as needed... Thanks Mescaline!

@Chantal... I like the idea of the hub being on inhabited land and even moreso having Guild members around to direct visitors when able....

Actually the Idea belongs to member, Mescaline Tammas from the United Kingdom. I only revived the idea, since it was seemingly being forgotton. I am hoping he will contact me and become active in the group. I repeat this is not MY PROJECT but OUR PROJECT. Also I'd rather have 7 STRONGLY committed individuals then 14 half hearted souls.... Just Saying!

Would you please take a look, and perhaps join?

I am dedicating part of my sim to this good course, also setting up a MMIF screen to show the festival machinima’s on a permanent base, inworld. It is a sim that will hold 20 avatars only, so not for commercial use. Fun, machinima, only.

I am kindly inviting all MMIF participants, all machinima makers, to join us in this wonderful idea from Lowe Runo.
Please visit the group, join, spread the word to all machinima makers you know, and lets carry on creating a strong machinima community!

Greetings,

Chantal Harvey.
