Shengri La in SL - Summer 2010 - A Chapter Closes
With a bit of sadness, we bid farewell to Shengri La. BUT, this is not really the end, just a new beginning. Second Life© was used by the Fashion Research Institute as more of a proof of concept for using virtual worlds to help real world fashion designers same time, cost and waste. Our work is really only just beginning. And as sad as one might be to have an ending, we are doubly excited about where we are going !! A satellite office remains in SL, but you will find us in OpenSim and our own Fashionable Grid©, as well as many others.

Nicely done, it made me sad at the end to see the empty land where once there was an great place :(
